Each session includes the same targeted and precision massage techniques Functional Massage Therapy is known for, paired with peppermint and vanilla aromatherapy to calm the senses. Warm muscle melt packs are applied to key tension areas for deep relaxation, followed by an invigorating peppermint foot scrub to exfoliate and revive tired feet. The treatment finishes with a cooling C•B•D Freeze cream application to leave your body feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to move into the new year functioning at its best.

Signature Bodywork Plus builds on the foundation of my Signature Bodywork session, with advanced techniques like cupping therapy, aromatherapy, muscle melt packs, and targeted use of C.B.D Freeze cream. This option is ideal when your body needs extra attention to release deeper layers of dysfunction, accelerate recovery, or support long-term structural change.

The session combines therapeutic massage work with soothing lymphatic drainage techniques to address areas of tension and restriction throughout the body while additionally assisting your body’s natural detoxification system by flushing out metabolic waste and cellular debris as well as ridding the tissues of excess fluid retention. *As lymphatic work is slow and rhythmic, a 120-minute session is recommended to clients interested in receiving a full-body therapeutic massage in addition to a full-body lymphatic massage.
