This upper-body session begins with precision techniques focused on key areas of tension (back, shoulders, and neck) before blending seamlessly into gentle abdominal work to relieve feelings of bloat and excess fluid retention. The pairing of these techniques leaves the body feeling cleansed, renewed, and balanced. The session then concludes with a restoring and tension-releasing 15-minute scalp in which optional essential oils may be added at the client's request.

Signature Bodywork Plus builds on the foundation of my Signature Bodywork session, with advanced techniques like cupping therapy, aromatherapy, muscle melt packs, and targeted use of C.B.D Freeze cream. This option is ideal when your body needs extra attention to release deeper layers of dysfunction, accelerate recovery, or support long-term structural change.

The session combines therapeutic massage work with soothing lymphatic drainage techniques to address areas of tension and restriction throughout the body while additionally assisting your body’s natural detoxification system by flushing out metabolic waste and cellular debris as well as ridding the tissues of excess fluid retention. *As lymphatic work is slow and rhythmic, a 120-minute session is recommended to clients interested in receiving a full-body therapeutic massage in addition to a full-body lymphatic massage.
