It includes the use of cupping, muscle scraping, muscle freeze gel, magnesium cream, warm/cool therapies, and your choice of essential oils. This session is ideal for athletes, active individuals, or those dealing with stubborn chronic pain. **Please note: depending on the length of session booked and problem areas needing to be addressed, a full body massage is not guaranteed. ***First-time clients are encouraged to book 60 or 90 minutes for best results.

This session combines the therapeutic massage techniques of my Signature Bodywork Session with Lymphatic Drainage massage. It is ideal for those who wish to receive a full-body reset. This session targets both muscle tension and feelings of stagnation within the body; it is customized to your specific needs, whether that be a lymphatic focus or relief from muscle tension. *As lymphatic work is slow and rhythmic, a 120-minute session is recommended to clients interested in receiving a full-body therapeutic massage in addition to a full-body lymphatic massage.
